Please note, the number of fried dishes we will beable to offer will very much depend on the amount of electricity the venue is able to supply.
If it is just a domestic plug we will only beable to offer meat/fish dishes OR vegan/gluten free dishes. But if they have 16 or 32amp supply we can offer both.

Tonkatsu (side order)
Pork cutlet coated in panko breadcrumbs and deepfried. Served on a bed of finely shredded fresh cabbage and drizzled with a Tonkatsu brown sauce.
Garnished with spring onions, pickled ginger and a lemon.

The Japanese take on the French croquette. This has adapted over the decades to become a firm Japanese favourite, found in many flavours.
This is the traditional minced beef, onion & potato korokke served on a bed of shredded cabbage, tomatoes and drizzled with a chuno brown sauce.
