Congratulations on your upcoming celebration and Welcome to Miniyaki's!

With Miniyaki's Japanese Soul Food you get to experience a festival stylee ambience at your Wedding or Party Celebration, as opposed to the more traditional sit down or table service type catering.

We will attend with your choice of one of our pretty little caterpod trailers that has been designed with Weddings in mind.  We have our blossom Pod and her little brother Katsu Pod.

You and your guests will come and order and get served directly from the hatch festival stylee.

We serve all our food with biodegradable bowls, plates and wooden forks which are included in the prices below.

Weddings can be expensive. We try to keep our prices as realistic as possible and only charge expenses such as fuel, staff costs, specialist ingredients, requested extras etc.  These charges are added separately to the per head price as each Wedding's expenses will naturally be different.

Dietary Requirements

We cater for many dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten, dairy or allergen nut free.

If you would like an all Vegan or All Gluten Free menu then this is absolutely something we can offer.

Our Prices for 2026/27

• 1 dish per head                 -   £15.00  (1 main dish)

• 1 dish & starter                -   £20.00   (1 main dish & starter) Please contact me to discuss options available

(Expenses for staffing and fuel costs are added separately depending on location)

 

Menu Choices

We offer 3 styles of katsu as donburi rice bowls with a selection of authentic katsu sauces, including the ever popular curry sauces.  ​​​

Our Miniyaki's House Curry sauce is our free from curry sauce and is suitable for vegan, gluten free, dairy free & tree nut allergy requirements. 

This is served alongside the regular curry sauce that most people will be familiar with.

We also offer 2 chilled katsu dressing style sauces.

Our meat is premium, free range, locally sourced meat from Neil Powell butchers in Monmouth.
